We hold information on the machines at your premises and those responsible for payments or approval of documents.
The artwork will include details on your customer’s products.
If you wish to be forgotten from our system, except where your information is required by law or for tax purposes.
We will act on this within 24 hours (normally faster).
If you wish to see the information we hold about persons in your company, we can send this information to you by email (insecure) collection (secure).
The information we hold is only the name and email address you have supplied to us on the application form.
Storage of Personal Identifiable Information.
All information on your company, the jobs and your personnel is stored in a user-name and password-secured custom built database, on a user-name and password-controlled computer.
All passwords are changed regularly.
This database is stored locally, we do not store any information about you, your company or your customer’s in the cloud.
